Capreon is a partner-owned, real estate investment, management and advisory firm, with over £2bn in AUM. The business invests in all facets of real estate, including shopping centres, offices and residential developments across the UK and Europe.
Goldacre is a proptech investment house that can leverage Capreon’s £2bn asset management business with the nimbleness of a boutique. The firm backs businesses that drive change through technology in the real estate sector in the UK, Europe and Israel.
PRO was responsible for creating media awareness and interest in both Capreon and Goldacre, as well as the wider Noé Group offer when the business launched following the buyout of its real estate assets from BMO Real Estate Partners. The agency is also responsible for the ongoing communications consultancy for the business group.
