Forces in Mind Trust
Objectives
The PR Office was engaged to generate exposure across the media for the launch of the Forces in Mind Trust. Founded in 2012 and supported by the Foundation for Prince William and Prince Harry and the Big Lottery Fund, the charity aims to enable ex-Service personnel and their families to lead successful civilian lives.
Implementation
The PR Office liaised with multiple partners and stakeholders throughout launch, managed all media requests and advised the charity’s spokespeople, ahead of interviews, to ensure key messages were delivered clearly and concisely.
Results
Management of media opportunities and training for spokespeople ensured that every opportunity was maximised and that the charity’s messages were given the widest possible airing. This led to over 25 high profile media hits across international, national, regional media coverage and military media.
