To encourage support and awareness of Nightingale Hammerson, one of the oldest established caring charities, and position it as an exemplar in the field. This is aimed to form the basis for fund raising efforts, future residents and their families as well as influencing national policy.
Our strategy focuses on emphasising Nightingale Hammerson’s close links to the Jewish community, highlighting its high standards of person-centred dementia care, and ensuring its ‘voice’ is heard on relevant issues within and beyond the social care sector.
We work with the charity to identify its key messages to ensure they resonate with its target audiences. This messaging, supported with examples, stories and evidence of impact, has been disseminated through a proactive and reactive press office, with regular community engagement stories, comment and thought leadership on relevant issues, interviews, and case study placement.
Nightingale Hammerson is seen and heard widely through articles, comment and interviews in key media targets – from local community media to national newspaper and broadcast outlets. It is widely recognised for its high standards, respected as a cornerstone of the Jewish community, and used by media as a ‘go-to’ commentator on care issues.
